The Next Leaders Program, in partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Indianapolis, is designed to empower young individuals with essential leadership skills, financial literacy, sales techniques, marketing strategies, and etiquette. Our goal is to nurture the next generation of community leaders and entrepreneurs through comprehensive training and hands-on workshops.
Prime Connects' Next Leaders Program empowers young individuals with skills in leadership, financial literacy, sales, marketing, and etiquette. In partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Indianapolis, we prepare future community leaders and entrepreneurs.
Through mentorship, interactive activities, and real-world experiences, participants engage in leadership challenges, financial planning, sales scenarios, and marketing campaigns. Our hands-on approach ensures practical application and confidence-building.
We provide workshops and activities that foster critical thinking, teamwork, and effective communication. Participants gain essential skills for personal and professional success in a supportive environment.

Cultivating essential leadership skills to guide and inspire others. Participants will learn various leadership styles, effective decision-making, and conflict resolution techniques, preparing them to take on leadership roles in their communities and future careers.
Teaching the fundamentals of managing finances, budgeting, and investing. This component covers practical skills such as creating and maintaining a budget, understanding credit, saving strategies, and basic investment principles to ensure financial stability and growth.
Providing training on effective sales strategies and communication. Participants will explore the psychology of sales, learn how to develop persuasive pitches, handle objections, and close deals successfully, equipping them with the tools to excel in sales environments.
Equipping participants with the knowledge to create and execute marketing campaigns. This includes market research, branding, digital marketing, social media strategies, and campaign analytics, enabling participants to understand how to promote products, services, or ideas effectively.
Instilling the importance of professional behavior and etiquette in various settings. This section focuses on communication skills, professional attire, workplace behavior, networking etiquette, and the overall presentation, ensuring participants make a positive impression in professional environments.
Engaging in scenarios that require teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making to develop and demonstrate leadership skills. Participants will work together to overcome obstacles and achieve common goals, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration.
Practical activities that involve creating budgets, planning savings, and understanding financial statements to apply financial literacy concepts. These exercises help participants gain confidence in managing their personal finances and making informed financial decisions.
Simulated sales environments where participants practice pitching products or ideas, handling customer objections, and closing sales. Through these role-plays, participants will enhance their communication skills and learn effective sales techniques.
Developing and implementing marketing campaigns, including brainstorming sessions, content creation, and performance analysis. Participants will gain hands-on experience in crafting and executing strategies to promote products, services, or ideas effectively.
Training sessions focused on professional behavior, followed by mock events where participants can practice networking and professional communication. These sessions ensure participants understand the importance of professional etiquette and can confidently navigate various professional settings.
